Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.89. Tip: three tees gets you there.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Printed just for you
Every Retreat Quilter tee is printed to order after you check out, so it's made just for you. Orders typically go into production and ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons (the holidays and peak retreat season), it can take a little longer.

Shipping & delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on where you live.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Retreat coming up?
Order at least two weeks before you leave so your tees arrive before the car's packed. Planning matching tees for your guild? Reach out early, because group orders may need a little extra time.

Please double-check your address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order ships, we can't change where it's going.

Damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for how. If your package seems lost, email us and we'll help you track it down.

Secure checkout
All payments go through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

A note on timing
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and other things outside our control can occasionally slow a package down. Unlike a wonky seam, some things just can't be unpicked.
